Who can join the promo?
Promo is open to all Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines.
Employees of Toys “R” Us, Summit Media, Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., their concessionaires, suppliers, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
By joining and participating in WeR10 E-Raffle promo, customer confirms, agrees to and acknowledges that:
He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
Toys “R” Us shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used byToys “R” Us in accordance with its privacy policy;
Promotion period is from July 15 – December 15, 2016
How to join?
Every P500 worth of purchase at any Toys “R” Us or Toys “R” UsToybox store, entitles a customer to one (1) e-raffle entry.
Robinsons Rewards Card (RRC) members will receive additional ten (10) e-raffle entries upon usage of a valid card.
Visit Toys “R” Us microsite: wer10.toysrus.com.ph to join the e-raffle promo. Customer must register and complete the required fields (Name, Birthday, Contact Number, Email Address, and Password).
Customer must input the e-raffle promo code found in theToys “R” Us official receipt.
Once registered, customer may simply log-in by using their email address and password.
A promo code will be provided in the official receipt of Toys “R” Usand Toys “R” Us Toybox stores.
Note that the promo code may be submitted after five (5) working days upon purchase. The more entries, the more chances of winning.
Determination of winners/prizes:
There will be ten (10) monthly raffle draw winners of P2,500 worth of toys from Toys “R” Us. Raffle draw and announcement dates are as follows:

Customers may only win once every monthly draw. He/she may win again in the next monthly draw provided that he/she encodes new e-raffle entries on the microsite.
All qualified winning & non-winning entries in the monthly draws are qualified for the grand raffle.
One (1) Grand Raffle Winner will receive roundtrip airfare to Universal Studios Singapore good for four (4) pax.
Inclusive of the following:
Roundtrip Economy Class Air Travel via Cebu Pacific
3 days, 2 nights stay at a 3-star hotel
P20,000 pocket money
* Prize is redeemable within one (1) year upon awarding.
* Not valid during peak period & black-out dates such as officially declared Philippines and Singapore holidays.
* A copy of valid passport is required for booking. Winners and his/her companions must provide their own passport and other necessary documents for travel.
Notifying Winners:
Winners will be announced through a Facebook post in theToys “R” Us Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/toysrus.ph). They will also be notified via their provided e-mail addresses and Facebook message for more information on how to claim the prize.
Claiming of Prizes:
Winners of the monthly draw must submit the following:
Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with photo (Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID & the like).
Original or Photocopy of Toys “R” Us Official Receipt.
Printout of Toys “R” Us congratulatory email/Facebook message and post.
Winners can send an authorized representative to claim his/her prize on their behalf. The representative must submit the following:
Authorization letter with the winner’s signature.
Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with photo (Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID & the like) of the representative.
Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with photo (Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID & the like) of the winner.
Original or Photocopy of Toys “R” Us Official Receipt.
Printout of Toys “R” Us congratulatory e-mail/Facebook message and post.
Monthly prize winners may claim their prizes at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Libis, Quezon City until sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Provincial winners may opt to claim their prize at theToys “R” Us store of their choice upon coordinating with Toys “R” UsMarketing. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI andToys “R” Us.
All prizes may be transferable but not convertible to cash.
All prizes to be redeemed under this promotion shall be given tax-free.
20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000 will be shouldered byToys “R” Us
Other Conditions:
The decision of Toys “R” Us in consultation with DTI is final and not subject to dispute.
Employees of Toys “R” Us, Summit Media, Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., their concessionaires, suppliers, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
Toys “R” Us and Summit Media reserve the right to invalidate entries entered though unscrupulous means such as electronic manipulation.
The winners will authorize Toys “R” Us to use their photos and names in any form of advertising or promotional materials related to the said promotion.
In case of dispute such as, but not limited to winners’ eligibility, the decision of Toys “R” Us shall prevail within prior approval from DTI. All questions or dispute regarding the eligibility of winners for the promotion or any redemption shall be resolved by Toys “R” Us at its sole discretion.
