$249 Enrollment Details:
Representative must purchase platinum services within the first 30 days to be eligible for the free national ticket and the free Hi5 Sample Kit.
If rep pays the $249 enrollment fee in full, the free Hi5 Sample Kit will remain on the account with 3 customer points for 30 days. This order will convert to a Hi5 Edge monthly subscription and will be billed 4 days prior to the free Hi5 Sample kits end date (30 days from the order date). Enrollee will be responsible to pay the monthly subscription of the Hi5 Edge and this will be billed to the same card on file as the Platinum Services.
Enrollee will not receive any points on their free International Event ticket. However, if enrollee purchases a second Tampa National ticket it will be awarded 5 points. $125 Enrollment Details:
New rep’s First national ticket purchase will be awarded 2 points. The second Tampa National ticket purchase will be awarded 5 points, and the third Tampa National ticket purchase will be awarded 4 points. All three national ticket purchases will not be awarded more than 11 points.

From December 13, 2014 – December 19, 2014 new reps who enroll at $125 and qualify for the ET in 30 Day Bonus you will be eligible to receive $100 a month for 12 months.
