I received a bottle to try out , and a couple to share, and I have been taking my B12 for a few weeks now, and feel great!!! I have a lot of energy, my metabolism is through the roof and I am doing great in the gym! These gummies taste delicious, almost like a special treat.They do not have any aftertaste and go down easily. Yum.
