SIRIUS Training offers 20 PM courses in 4 different levels as public courses, corporate training or e-learning. For example, under the Beginner level, the Principles of Project Management course is a one-day course that introduces basic PM concepts, characteristics and general processes through presentations, examples and discussions. It is priced at $475, includes manuals and exercise books, and has an equivalent 7 PDUs. Also under the Beginner level is a 2-day, $660 Basic Microsoft Project 2013 course (14 PDUs).
Under the Intermediate level, the company offers the Communication Management program, a one-day course for intermediate or advanced project managers, team leaders and project team members. Other courses in this level are Breakdown, Estimation and Assignment, Project Risk Management and Project Management Within the Context of Agile Scrum Development, among others. Advanced courses include a traditional 5-day PMP/CAPM Certification Classroom Program, a 5-day PMP/CAPM Bootcamp, Project Control and Advanced Microsoft Project 2013. Expert courses are Effective Portfolio Management, Implementation and Management of a PMO, and The Role of Project Sponsors.
Other Training Programs
Aside from project management training programs, SIRIUS Training also offers programs for Business Analysis, such as the Beginner-level, one-day Drafting the Business Case course for senior executives and senior IT professionals.
