Overview Presentation

OneHub is an online enterprise solution that allows companies to securely store, organize and share files in the cloud. It is a simple and secure content sharing tool that is delivered as software-as-a-service. This flexible and affordable productivity application can be used by an individual Dropbox user or a large global enterprise. Organizations that are looking for a safer and more reliable way to transfer large files or share sensitive and confidential documents now have a better electronic option than email or FTP.

Features, Benefits, Product Strengths

Simple file uploading, organizing and previewing – OneHub makes it easy for its users to upload multiple files with drag-and-drop action. It solves problems, not create new ones, so no overly complicated procedure needs to be learned. It can even automate the uploading of even hundreds or thousands of files with Sync that runs in the background to keep content updated. Organizing the shared folders is done in the configurable Workspaces. Users can name, move or copy folders and content just as easily as they do in their own computers. They can even preview files directly from their browser without having to download and open an application.

Secure access, role-based permission and easy collaboration – This file sharing solution provides easy access across multiple platforms whether desktop or mobile devices, iOS, Android or Windows. However, easy access does not mean unsecure access. Invited users will have access permissions that limit them to a file, folder or Workspace. They can also be limited in what they can do, that is to view only, print, download, edit or create documents. With the proper permissions that can be changed as the need arises, users can collaborate productively by posting comments and messages to documents. Workflow tasks can be created when people are invited to review documents up to their completion. Administrators can track changes made to documents also.

Custom branding, app integration, on-premise option – Users can create their internal or external client portal and customize logos so that their customers would not even know they are using OneHub. Integration with Dropbox empowers users to have more features without leaving its familiar interface. With the integration with Google Drive, users can create and edit online documents within the comfort of their Workspaces. If certain regulatory conditions require stricter data control, installation in company-owned servers behind a firewall with password-protected links is also possible with this content sharing tool.
