Tasks can be classified as unassigned, started, finished and with other statuses, and then be searched and filtered according to its status. Users can also create unlimited events, invite guests, and see these scheduled events on a calendar view.

Company Intranet, Social Networking, Online Meetings – MangoApps make it easy to set up a company intranet and create private intranets for each company department. Information, announcements, and policies can easily be shared to all with just a few clicks. No programming is required to maintain the intranet pages. It also offers secure social networking and integration with LinkedIn, so users can transfer their existing profiles or start from scratch. It uses 256-bit AES encryption and other advanced security options. However, it also provides instant connection with online meetings, IM and group chat options.

Idea Management, Wikis & Documents, Multi-platform – The enterprise collaboration software can hold the place for the company’s brain storming sessions. This free plan already includes a private, secure enterprise social network, company and department intranet pages, project management, task management, document management and more features. The Business plan is priced $5 per user per month or $50 per user annually. All the basic features are included with the addition of video conferencing, MS Office and Outlook integration, choice of data center, support and 10 GB storage space per user. The Enterprise plan is priced at $8 per month or $80 per year per user with 20 GB storage space per user and more advanced security features. Private cloud and on-premise deployment is available for 50 or more users.
