Even with the best of intentions, projects fail. Even the best laid project plans, as they say, often go awry. Most, if not all, organizations have a vision to get where they want to be. This may involve initiating a project to improve efficiency and productivity, or launching a product to ensure profitability. However, at times, the needed resources such as skilled and experienced project managers are not available. Other project complexities include getting the required data, communicating the correct information, making timely decisions, and trusting the right people. For Kay Fleischer, these are the keys to successfully translate vision into reality, and this work of translation is where she has had great success.
