I cannot find the difference between Master of Computing and Master of Computer Science.
Background : Australian national university only offers "Master of Computing" (along with the usual suspects of master of information technology (MIT) and master of software engineering (MSE). But I am clear of their differences with CS. Its master of computing that is new to me).

My question is "How different are Master of Computing and Master of Computer Science if different at all?" Is the difference as stark as between CS and SE (software engineering)?
Bonus points: I am looking for universities that offer Masters in Computer Science in Australia (surprisingly few of the top ones do http://www.australian-universities.com/rankings/ ).
