Local bike shops are the backbone to our bmx scene. Beyond the obvious (providing a selection of tangible product for you to check out/choose from as well as professional servicing), shops have an important hand in building the bmx scene around you. From organizing jams, to premiering videos, to hosting visiting teams/pros, local shops exist to envelope your scene with a full on bmx experience.
This is the first of many features highlighting core bmx shops in the US. We’ll start with our long time friend, Vic Bettencourt, and his shop, Circuit Bmx, in Pawtucket, RI. Thanks to him for all he’s done for the Providence/Pawtucket scene over the past 7 years.
