Have any of you used the inmate email services offered at some of the county jails in CA? The county I live in is considering using these services, and I'm with a group of activists trying to find out more about how they work. What I'd like to know is, what is the name of the company that runs the service? I can't find it on the various county websites, but maybe someone who has paid for these services has the company name on a bill or something? If you have any feedback about how well the email systems work, or whether or not you like it, let us know.
We just want to make sure our county has the best possible options for keeping people in touch with their loved ones. We appreciate any help.
