The new Sofspun T

Garment manufacturer Fruit of the Loom continues to launch innovative new products and 2015 is no different.

Fresh in from Fruit for 2015 are revolutionary new Sofspun T Shirts, three new Lightweight Sweats, additional colours on its popular Original T and men’s and lady-fit Premium Polos and larger sizing on the men’s 65/35 Polo.

July 2014 saw Fruit of the Loom launch its exclusive men’s and ladies Sofspun T Shirts in the UK and Germany. For 2015, this innovation expands in terms of geography and age range. Sofspun Ts are now available across Europe and much anticipated boys and girls styles have been introduced for 2015.

Designed with a fashion fit, the 100% cotton men’s, lady-fit, boys and girls Sofspun Ts (160/165gsm) are ideal for retail, tourism, licensing, music merchandising and corporate wear. The men’s and boy’s styles offer a slimmer fit and the lady-fit and girl’s styles have shaped side seams, all creating a retail look.



Men’s Lightweight Sweat Jacket and Zip Neck Sweat

All styles are available in 10 bold colours: sunflower, red, orange, kelly green, royal blue, fuchsia, heather grey, deep navy, black and white. Plus, light pink is also available in girls only. Men’s sizes S-3XL, ladies sizes XS-2XL, boys and girls in ages 3-15.

The Lightweight Sweats range has three new additions for men – a Set-in Sweat, Sweat Jacket and Zip Neck Sweat, all made from 240gsm unbrushed fabric to complement their existing 10 men’s, ladies and kid’s Lightweight styles. All Lightweight Sweats are made from 80% cotton Belcoro yarn, 20% polyester for a clean and stable embellishment area, with fewer loose fibres. The Sweat Jacket and Zip Neck Sweat feature raglan sleeves and covered zips for enhanced printability. Sizes S-2XL.



Men’s and Lady-Fit Premium Polo in sunflower and lime

The three new Lightweight Sweats are available in 14 colours from bright orange and azure blue to classic burgundy and bottle green. Lightweights are perfect for year round wear and layering, ideal for sectors such as sports, tourism, retail and teamwear.

Fruit of the Loom’s 100% cotton Original T (135/145gsm) continues to be a customer favourite for large volume promotions and single event uniform. In 2015 it gets a colourful makeover with nine new colours added, giving customers a palette of 19 colours to choose from. New colours include lime, purple and light graphite.

The 100% cotton Men’s and Lady-Fit Premium Polos (170/180gsm) also get a burst of colour with new shades added to both Polo styles. There are now 22 consistent colours across men’s and ladies, including brand new kelly green and lime. These new co-ordinating colours make the Premium Polos an ideal choice for leisure and corporatewear.

In line with Fruit’s ethos of being a brand for everyone, the Men’s 65/35 Polo has followed in the footsteps of the Valueweight T which last year increased its sizing range – both styles are now available from size S-5XL.
