Stimulate Your Senses at Anheuser Busch Brewing Company!
We go behind the scenes to explore the art of brewing at one of the most widely-known American brewing companies—Anheuser Busch! The "Brew Masters" tour features the historic brew house, fermentation cellars, Bevo packaging facility and finishing cellars, including a sample directly from a finishing tank! You will visit the Budweiser Clydesdales stable and view some of their harnesses in the tack room. Upon completion of the tour, you will sample some of Anheuser Busch's quality products in the Beermaster Suite.
Want more Then the Anheuser-Busch Beer School is the place for you! The program is a fun, interactive, and informative experience that explains the steps for beer appreciation. This 45 minute class introduces you to a variety of beer styles, ingredients, proper pouring techniques, and food-pairing suggestions. Discover your new favorite beer as you participate on a taste panel led by an official beer school instructor.

The Binding Industries Association (BIA) Annual Conference will be held in conjunction with Offset & Beyond. BIA serves the graphic finisher, trade bindery, information package, and custom loose-leaf manufacturing industries as well as their suppliers. BIA-related sessions are included in this brochure and open to registered Offset attendees.
Pre-Conference Series
Offset & Beyond officially kicks off with the general session at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012. For those who come in the evening before, we offer pre-conference sessions that morning. Grab a hot cup of joe and join us!

Hotel Reservations
Registered conference attendees have access to the special Offset & Beyond hotel rate of $145 per night single/double. The special conference rate is available until Friday, May 11, 2012 , though the block may sell out prior to that date. After Friday, May 11, 2012 , the hotel will accept reservations on a space-and-rate available basis only.
To make your reservation, please contact the hotel directly at 314-655-1234 —use conference code Printing Industries . One night’s room and tax will be charged to guarantee the reservation. You may cancel the reservation five (5) days prior to arrival without penalty.
Staying at the official conference hotel helps offset costs, which in turn keeps the costs associated with the conference low. Thank you for your support by staying in the conference hotel.
Parking
Current parking fees at the hotel are $26 per day valet with in and out privileges or $20 per day self-park.
Attire
Attire for the conference is business. Though temperatures in St. Louis in June are warm, the meeting rooms are air conditioned so please pack a lightweight jacket.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday, May 18, 2012 , and will not be assessed a processing fee. Cancellation requests after Friday, May 18, 2012 , cannot be granted, but substitutions are welcome. No-shows will not be refunded. Offset & Beyond is not responsible for refunds as a result of weather delays or disturbances in the travel industry.
Included in Your Registration
Your registration fee covers all sessions, posted meal functions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Spouse/companions are welcome to attend any or all events associated with the conference—registration fees apply.
Optional Tour Fees
All optional events are space-limited and require registration to participate. Substitutions are welcome, however cancellations received 30 days prior to the event cannot be refunded.

Registration fees are based on Printing Industries of America membership and will be verified upon receipt of all registrations. All registrations are prepaid, and payment must accompany form to be processed.
