We are looking for a talented and competitive Solutions Expert for the Solutions Team that thrives on building relationships with customers and prospects in order to help them achieve excellence in their child nutrition program with our software solutions. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with lead generation, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

The prime Solutions Expert candidate is:

•     Proficient with Web presentation tools.

•     Experienced with CRM tools.

•     Excellent with verbal and written communication.

•     A strong listener and presenter.

•     A skilled multitasker, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage his or her time effectively.

•     Self-managed, and takes initiative to start and complete tasks without constant direction.

•     Eager to learn.

•     A team player, and works well with others.

•     Able to display confidence in a variety of circumstances.

•     Skilled in building relationships, with a desire to engage with customers and prospects

•     Confident in nurturing leads from prospect to customer.

•     Comfortable with traveling (potentially) up to 20%, and must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Cybersoft PrimeroEdge is the leading provider of child nutrition software solutions for K-12 school districts and State Agencies across the nation. Our product, PrimeroEdge, is an end-to-end solution which addresses all business operation needs for school food service. We serve over 3500 districts in the United States, who work to feed over 6 million students. We are a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company (with a small company feel) located on the northwest side of Houston.

The 12 PrimeroEdge solutions, including Web modules that compute Point of Sale, Menu Planning and Inventory, are developed completely in-house. We pride ourselves establishing solid relationships and open lines of communication with our customers and potential customers.

As a Solutions Expert, you will:

•     You can source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails

•    You can understand customer needs and requirements

•    You can qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline

•    You can achieve quarterly goals

•    You maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

•    You perform effective online demos to prospects

•    You develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations

Training

The first 60 days in this role will be primarily spent learning about the product and industry, as well as the company and processes. Training will consist of interactive learning of the software and the industry, including shadowing other Solutions Experts.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Undergraduate degree

No more than 2 years of experience
