Pinterest is literally exploding with mason jar ideas, while wedding venues have them filled with baby's breath and wrapped in burlap. We challenged two of our experts to decorate their own mason jars with a FUN Prima spin...including our new Chalkboard Paints and Finnabair's art mediums! (Those cute yellow jars were painted with our chalkboard paints by Adrienne!)
"Mason jars are everywhere at the moment, and I wanted to create mine with a different edge. The jar has been painted with Sand Chalkboard Paint, then given an aged look with a rub of gold acrylic paint. The little rabbit on the lid started off brown, but with a coat of Eggshell chalkboard paint he has been transformed! I've mixed in some Mechanicals and Art Ingredients for interest and texture. A crown for King Bun was fashioned from a tiny Mechanicals flower. The possibilities are simply endless with Prima!!" ~Fran Westmoreland
