When it comes to questions it should come as no surprise that Pretty Little Liars fans have plenty! Among the more popular ones are: Who is A? Does Alison DiLaurentis have a twin sister? How is Bethany Young connected to the DiLaurentis family? Who killed Mona Vanderwaal? And lately, we’ve been noticing another burning inquiry floating around the web: Will there be a Halloween episode in PLL Season 5? Lucky for Rosewood diehards everywhere, we don’t have to wait long for an answer since ABC Family has already provided viewers with an update.
The verdict? There won’t be a PLL Season 5 Halloween special this year. Instead, the network is airing a Christmas Carol-inspired holiday episode and an hour-long celebration featuring a Q&A session with the show’s cast members. Check out the fun details below!
Half way through its fifth season, “Pretty Little Liars” would like to thank its fans for making it one of television’s most-watched and most-social series with a one-hour fan appreciation special. The special “Pretty Little Liars” episode will air in October 2014 as part of ABC Family’s “13 Nights of Halloween” programming event.
To show their gratitude, the cast and crew of “Pretty Little Liars” will gather together to talk about the most unforgettable moments on the show thus far and to answer fans’ burning questions. Always wanted to know what the cast’s favorite scenes were? Or what was the scariest scene to film? PLL fans should head to the ABC Family “Pretty Little Liars” Facebook page now to submit their burning questions for the cast or tweet their questions using the special hashtag #PLLHalloween, and their questions might just get answered during the special episode.
“Pretty Little Liars” is produced by Alloy Entertainment, Gaslight Productions and Russian Hill Productions in association with Warner Horizon Television and is executive produced by I. Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick, Leslie Morgenstein and Joseph Dougherty. The series stars Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Tyler Blackburn, Lucy Hale, Ian Harding, Laura Leighton, Shay Mitchell, Janel Parrish and Sasha Pieterse.
Although we’re a bit bummed that there’s no new ep (the wait is oh so hard!), we’re excited to spend some quality time with the stars of the series and get to see the return of some familiar faces as well! (Psst. According to the promo it appears as though Maya aka Bianca Lawson will be joining in on the festivities!)
