FICCI recognized Sami’s Research and Development (R&D) efforts in the area of natural products and wellness, where products from herbal sources are identified, isolated, characterized and optimized for its application in nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals or nutricosmetics and commercialized to meet the ever increasing global needs. Last year too, Sami Labs won the FICCI Food 360° award in the category “Best Innovation and Technology Company.” Sami Labs has till date obtained 75 international patents including 7 patents in 2012.
