Lakshmi Vilas Bank has inaugurated a new ATM at the Tumkur food park. The food park is inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India – Shri Narendra Modi today.

It will be a central point for farmers living within a radius of 250 kilometres from the park.
Lakshmi Vilas Bank aims at assisting visitors to the food park and SMEs located in the vicinity through its new ATM located at the entrance of Tumkur Food Park. The ATM would also offer assistance to over 60 medium-sized food processing units located at the integrated food park. Lakshmi Vilas Bank has a fully operational bank branch located at Tumkur offering an array of banking products and services to the visitors and residents of Tumkur.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Rakesh Sharma, MD&CEO, Lakshmi Vilas Bank said “Tumkur food park is a noble initiative by the government of Karnataka. Lakshmi Vilas Bank is happy to partner this initiative by inaugurating a new ATM at the park as it will be immensely helpful to the visitors at the park and others around. Lakshmi Vilas Bank aims to cater to the growing needs of SMEs and expand its reach to unbanked regions of the country.”
As a part of its financial inclusion program, Lakshmi Vilas Bank has already opened 42,406 accounts across 131 villages spread over 18 districts and mapped to 68 Branches of the Bank across Tamil Nadu.
