Elite distinction recognizes TTM’s commitment to student online safety, security and privacy

As part of this achievement, Think Through Math will display the iKeepSafe FERPA Assessment badge and COPPA Safe Harbor seal to identify that TTM has been proactively and independently assessed by an experienced privacy protection organization.
The iKeepSafe FERPA Assessment badge allows schools to easily identify websites, apps, data management platforms or other technology products that are in compliance with FERPA, a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Products that carry the iKeepSafe Safe Harbor program seal provide educators and parents with assurance that the product is compliant with COPPA, a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Rule designed to ensure that parents remain in control of personal information collected from their children online.
The iKeepSafe FERPA certification process included a rigorous assessment of Think Through Math’s privacy policy and practices and requires an annual re-evaluation in order to continue displaying the badge. Think Through Math went through a similarly extensive evaluation to earn the iKeepSafe COPPA Safe Harbor seal and certification, which recognizes Think Through Math as a good steward surrounding collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of personal information from children. Think Through Math is only the second company to successfully complete both of these assessment processes.
