Former NYSE Chairman and CEO Richard Grasso to Deliver Cyber Investing Summit Keynote Address May 3, 2016

Specialty Investing Series announced today that Richard A. Grasso, former New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) chairman and chief executive officer, will be a keynote speaker at the Inaugural Cyber Investing Summit being held May 3rd at the New York Stock Exchange.
Richard Grasso served as the NYSE chairman and CEO from 1995 to 2003, the most successful years in the 225-year history of the Exchange. During his time at the NYSE, Mr. Grasso spearheaded efforts to increase and implement security measures to protect critical investor information from cyber threats. He also led the charge to reopen the Exchange following the September 11th attacks. During this time he worked closely with local, state and federal law enforcement and intelligence organizations.
Continuing his interest in cybersecurity, Mr. Grasso was named in 2014 to the Advisory Board of root9B, a cybersecurity services provider. root9B was recently ranked number one on the Cybersecurity 500 ranking of the world’s hottest and most innovative cybersecurity companies for 2016. He also served as Chairman of the Economic Club of New York, the YMCA of Greater New York, and Junior Achievement of New York, and Vice Chairman of the National Italian American Foundation. Among other philanthropic activities, Mr. Grasso has founded the American Dream Foundation, and has served on the Boards of the New York City Police Foundation, New York State Troopers Foundation and the New York City Public Private Initiatives.
