Roberta Loughman, a Realtor with Shorewood Real Estate, in honor of Military Family Appreciation Month and Veterans Day in November, is proud to announce she will be hosting a VA loan clinic on Saturday, November 12, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 5825 Delmonico Drive in Colorado Springs, CO. Loughman, who was nominated for category of the Best Realtor in Colorado Springs in 2015 by The Gazette Best Of Springs, will be educating attendees on the process and paperwork involved in using VA benefits to purchase property.

Topics to be discussed at the VA loan clinic will include renting vs. buying, making no down payment, available loan programs through the VA, the qualification process, and high-balance VA loans.
