Realtor Aaron Brown, of Weichert, Realtors-Advantage, in honor of Military Family Appreciation Month in November, is hosting a VA loan and homebuyer seminar on Saturday, November 12, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Weichert, Realtors-Advantage, located at 710 Commerce Drive, Suite 180, Woodbury, MN.
“There are so many great homebuying benefits available to servicemembers and their families through the VA, and this seminar will walk attendees through the possibilities. I want to share my expertise in the home buying process with those who have given so much to this country,” said Brown.
The VA helps servicemembers, veterans and eligible surviving spouses become homeowners. Topics to be discussed at the seminar include VA loan benefits and the home-buying process. In addition to Brown, presenters will include Pete Rinzel of Bell Bank Mortgage and Mark Laqua of Weichert, Realtors-Advantage.
