Bellafill® (Suneva Medical) is an FDA approved dermal filler made of sterile polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) microspheres in a bovine collagen gel carrier. It was initially FDA approved for treatment of nasolabial folds in 2006 and has now received approval for the treatment of acne scars on the cheek.
