Held in the uniquely vibrant setting of the Life Center, the class serves as a resource not only for nurses seeking certification, but also for clinicians, educators and researchers interested in the variety of services enhanced by holistic nursing care. In addition, this course will qualify for 24 CNE credit hours.
Class instructor Lourdes Lorenz, DHA-abd, MSN-IH, RN, AHN-BC, NEA-BC is the Healthy Living Leader at Mosaic Life Care Journey and the president-elect for the American Holistic Nurses Association. The curriculum prepared by Lorenz will cover topics such as, Becoming an Instrument of Healing, Holistic Self Assessment and Holistic Self Reflection. There will also be an opportunity to learn new techniques for healing, such as Color Therapy and Music, Humor and Art Therapy.
