Randash was one of the principals of 5280 Solutions based in Denver, CO. 5280 Solutions provided IT consulting services and software development with a focus on Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Microsoft-based consulting services and software development, and student loan servicing solutions. The organization was founded in 2001 and was sold to Nelnet in 2005. Randash was promoted to Nelnet Executive Director in 2008. While at Nelnet, he focused on ECM, Software Development, Business Process Management (BPM), and overall process improvement to provide extensive operational efficiencies to Nelnet and their clients.
Throughout his career, Randash has helped drive sales growth, solution development and customer support, which led to industry awards including OpenText Global Partner of the Year and 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management.
