Nashville Realtors, The DeSelms Team, Now Ranked in Top 10 in the Nation

The DeSelms Team is excited to announce that their record sales numbers from 2014 ranked them among the top 10 real estate teams in the nation. In recent years, Nashville has gained national prominence in business, technology, and lifestyle publications, and has seen tremendous growth in the population and infrastructure of the city. All of these factors have contributed to the rapid rebound of the real estate market that most of the Greater Nashville area experienced after the Great Recession.
Over the past year area home sales increased 13.1%. According to the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), “(In July, 2015) we were a few units shy in the residential market alone of surpassing the total of units closed for all of July 2014.” Some local real estate markets, like those in Franklin and Brentwood, were less affected by the crash of the real estate bubble and have also benefited from the overall growth in the area.
