Integration partnership to automate surety bond processing and workflow

University Park, Ill. (PRWEB) September 20, 2016

Applied Systems today announced that Insurance Automation Group has joined the Applied Partner Program to offer its iAutomate: Erlon Surety solution to North American insurance agencies and brokerages via integration with Applied Epic and Applied TAM. Through this collaboration, agencies and brokerages can automate end-to-end surety bond processing and workflows, eliminating manual re-keying of billing, bond policy insert, and transactional data to reduce cost and errors and omissions exposure.

iAutomate: Erlon Surety enables agencies and brokerages to streamline their surety bond processing and workflow. Through Applied Certified Integrations with Applied Epic and Applied TAM, the iAutomate: Erlon Surety solution automates the entire surety workflow process – from when a firm approaches an agency to develop a surety bond, to when the agency approaches its surety partner to underwrite its bonds, to the final bond approval and execution – all within a single system. Each partner in the team can efficiently manage their bond approval and execution process, track all bond data, easily generate reports on every aspect of the bond process, and reduce the errors and omissions that occur in manual bond processing.

“Agencies and brokerages are being required to do more with less time, making the availability of integrated applications critical to maximize efficiency,” said Jeff Bucci, director of Business Development, Insurance Automation Group. “As an Applied Platinum Integration Partner, we look forward to working with Applied to offer insurance agencies and brokerages a seamless way to manage their surety business directly within their core management system for greater operational efficiency.”

The Applied Partner Program is a technology and industry partnership program focused on increasing the availability of best-in-class software and enhancing automation and connectivity across the independent insurance distribution channel. The Applied Partner Program is open to leading technology providers and organizations across the industry and advances Applied’s strategic focus on partnerships to deliver value-added capabilities that further automate workflows, increase data consistency and accuracy, and drive a connected insurance experience. Applied Integration Partners develop and distribute Applied Certified Integrations to shared customers to further streamline business operations and increase data accuracy across disparate systems.

“Managing multiple, disparate systems requires significant time and expense that can encumber agencies and brokerages business operations and growth goals,” said Ben Goodman, director of Corporate Development, Applied Systems. “Through our Applied Integration Partnerships, Applied is focused on working with best-in-class organizations like Insurance Automation Group to deliver advanced functionality, like surety automation, and the added value of Applied Certified Integrations to mutual customer success.”
