Centris Provides Real Estate's Most Popular Electronic Signing Solution as a Member Benefit.

Montreal, Quebec & London, Ontario (PRWEB) June 13, 2016

Centris and Instanet Solutions announced today they are now providing Authentisign to all of its subscribers as a benefit . Authentisign, the electronic signature software solution, also received Provincial regulatory approval meaning licensed Real Estate Brokers in Quebec can easily transmit contracts and documents to their clients for online signing.

Since 2012, Brokers in Quebec have been using InstanetForms® which includes all real estate documents such as the "Promise to Purchase". Brokers in Quebec have filled more than 4 million of the Provincial Regulator's forms using Instanet Solutions services.

Accreditation of Authentisign means that a Broker already using InstanetForms to fill out the online real estate documents can now easily submit those same forms to buyers, sellers and other transaction participants to securely sign online without the need to upload to another third-party solution.

"Brokers across Quebec are now able to complete the entire process of listing or selling real estate without paper," says Martin Scrocchi, CEO & President of Instanet Solutions. "No longer will a Broker need to rely on printed or faxed copies of listing and contract documents, nor will they need to drive across town to obtain a signature. They will now fill out every element of the real estate transaction online and securely send them to clients to sign online using Instanet Solutions services. On behalf of Instanet we are thrilled to expand our partnership with Centris where every one of their Broker members will now have access to Authentisign at no extra cost."

"Centris® is excited to add the Authentisign electronic signature tool across Quebec", added Éric Charbonneau, General Manager. "Centris and Instanet have been working diligently to achieve the compulsory requirements from our Regulator. It great to have earned accreditation, and now we have Authentisign available to all of our Brokers effective immediately. InstanetForms has been widely adopted by our members for many years and we appreciate Instanet's work to customize their software to meet the unique real estate requirements throughout Quebec. Instanet has been a very good technology partner for Centris and we look forward continuing our partnership with them in the long-term."

"The accreditation process included a very detailed evaluation of our systems, security, data access, disaster recovery, business continuity, management of the signatory workflow, and the forms-signing workflow. It was an extremely microscopic look across our business practices. I am proud to see the Provincial Regulator confirms what we've known for 25 years — Instanet is a high-quality and reliable vendor. This should give Brokers in Quebec tremendous confidence in using our software," adds Mr. Scrocchi
