The conference is focused on “Bet the Company” Mass Tort Litigation – Perspectives from Both Sides of the 'V,' the Bench, and Academia. Cohen, chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice, will be participating in a panel, “Multi-Plaintiff Trials … What’s the Plan B?”
Cohen has a national litigation practice focusing on product liability litigation and specifically, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation.
