Conventus announces its seventh consecutive year of distributing dividends and capital returns to qualified physician members and/or their representatives through the Conventus Owner Benefit Plan (COBP).

Conventus Inter-Insurance Exchange, New Jersey’s premier professional liability insurer formed by and governed through an alliance of independent physicians, is pleased to announce its seventh consecutive year of distributing dividends and capital returns through the Conventus Owner Benefit Plan (COBP). Since 2009, Conventus has distributed $11,326,290 in total to qualified physician members and/or their representatives.
With the approval of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, the COBP entitles qualified members to share in Conventus company profits when filed thresholds are exceeded. The program was created to reward members for their loyalty and financial commitment.
