Registration Open for ‘Metadata Matters – Eliminating End User Tagging in AllRegs by Ellie Mae’ Webinar

McLean, VA, US and Stevenage, UK (PRWEB UK) 23 March 2015

Concept Searching, the global leader in semantic metadata generation, auto-classification, and taxonomy management software, and developer of the Smart Content Framework™, is pleased to announce that webinar registration is now open for ‘Metadata Matters – Eliminating End User Tagging in AllRegs by Ellie Mae’. This session will benefit any organization that experiences challenges in search and findability due to poor end user tagging. The webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 14th, at 11:00am – 12:15pm EDT.

AllRegs by Ellie Mae is the leading information publisher for the mortgage industry, and wanted to improve findability and search for its mortgage lending content library, AllRegs Online. Lynn Richmond, Product Manager for AllRegs at Ellie Mae, will discuss the benefits of metadata management, standardization, and auto-classification of content to taxonomies.

The company shared the most common challenge facing many organizations – subjective, erroneous, or non-existent metadata. As a result, site visitors were challenged to find the most accurate, timely, information available to service their clients. Initially, the tagging of content was done manually, by internal publishers. As with all manual tagging, inconsistencies existed.

This was a business-critical project, with hundreds of thousands of documents that had to be tagged and classified for clients to access on demand. Concept Searching’s conceptClassifier platform was used as the critical tool for the team of publishers, to keep up with demand and ultimately increase accuracy in search.

Webinar attendees will:

Understand the reasons AllRegs by Ellie Mae needed to update its technology

Learn best practices and approaches that enabled the successful deployment of the solution

Hear about ease-of-use, rapid implementation, and features designed for Subject Matter Experts to manage metadata, auto-classify it, and manage the taxonomy

Discover the ROI of automatic conceptual metadata generation

Questions can be submitted when registering, and will be addressed during the webinar. Those unable to attend the webinar can still register, and will be sent the webinar recording and presentation.

This webinar has been designed for SharePoint Architects, Site Design Teams, Business Process Owners, Librarians, and Knowledge Management and Social Media Professionals.

The Concept Searching 2015 webinar series will feature clients as guest speakers, who will share how they are using Concept Searching technologies. Full details and registration links can be found here.
