Jennifer Lutz, a founding shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor group, focuses her practice in employment litigation and counseling. In addition to being an accomplished speaker and author on issues such as HR audits, wage-and-hour law, employee privacy, and leaves of absence, she regularly provides advice and training for employers. Robert Ortiz has extensive litigation experience representing clients involving business disputes, product liability and personal injury matters. Most recently, Robert obtained a dismissal of a wrongful death claim on behalf of a large retail client. He also assisted in securing a settlement of $680,000 for a client who was injured on the job.
