My Deal of the week pick is the Cricket Motorola Moto E Android Phone for $49.88 at Walmart (online and in stores).
According to a SlickDeals post, the Moto E can be SIM unlocked for under $3 with a code from eBay should you want to use it on a different GSM operator.
The Moto E features Android 4.4 KitKat, a dual-core 1.2Ghz CPU, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory and a SD card slot. The screen is 4.3" and 960x540px. The phone's weakest point is probably the 5MP fixed focus flash-less camera. Still $50 for a modern, reasonably capable, easily unlocked GSM phone is a steal.
