My Deal of the week pick is the Verizon Motorola RAZR M for $124 brand new from Amazon or $74.99 refurbished from Groupon.
The RAZR M works with with Page Plus' new LTE service as well as with Verizon prepaid and postpaid. Released at the end of 2012 for $549.99 and still in production as the Motorola Luge, it's probably the most modern affordable Android LTE phone for Page Plus. A major plus for the RAZR M is the availability of an official Android 4.4 KitKat upgrade.
The RAZR M's specs are pretty decent too. There's 4.3 inch 960x540px qHD AMOLED Gorilla Glass screen, dual core 1.5 Mhz Snapdragon processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP rear and VGA front cameras, SD card slot, and NFC
