The Galaxy S III has been around for a while and with the release of the Galaxy S5 imminent, the S III's price, which was over $600 at launch, has been dropping rapidly. It's still a formidable device with a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, removable battery, excellent 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with zero shutter-lag and a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera There's plenty of power thanks to a dual core 1.5 Ghz processor and 2 GB RAM. There's 16 GB of internal memory for apps and support for up to 64 GB memory cards.
