Yes, it is definitely possible. You'd need to purchase Avid directly from The Theme Foundry website and then install it on your self-hosted WordPress blog.
Just so you know, we can't transfer themes from WordPress.com, but if you're within your 30 day window, you can get a refund here and purchase over on our site.
