PRC and Board of Real Estate Service release results of March 2013 Real Estate Broker board examination in few working days after the last day of exam. Takers of the said licensure exam may find here full results - list of passers, top 10, performance of schools and top performing schools.
Examination was scheduled this March 17, 2013 at the following testing centers: Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo & Legazpi and Lucena.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service are Chairman, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Members, Ramon C.F. Cuervo III, Florentino C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo.
Exam coverage in Real Estate Broker examination includes General and Fundamental subjects (25%), special and technical knowledge (25%) and Professional Practice for 50%. Read more here for the examination program.
The expected release date of results is within March 20 - 25, 2013 considering the usual 3- days release of results for the other board exams and the history of Real Estate Broker licensure exam (March 2011 and 2012).
Last March 2012, PRC listed 3,192 out of 4,801 takers of Real Estate Broker licensure exam. Results released in about six working days. Rafael Emmanuel Religioso Villadiego of University of the Philippines - Diliman (UPD) topped March 2012 exam with 88.75% rating.
For March 2011, 3,185 out of 4,762 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination with results released in 5 working days. Adrienne Ruiz Dy, a graduate of University of the Philippines - Manila lead licensure exam with 88.50% grade.
