As Spring 2015 is officially under-way, I wanted to share with you my top three fashion and beauty loves that I am popping on my wish list for the Spring Summer season. Whittling it down to three is extremely difficult for me – I could write you a list of around 20 products that I would love to get my hands during April. But then we would be here forever…

So here is a round-up of some hot brands and items I am currently raving about this month.

Arcadia Brands: Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis and Miss Selfridge.

I recently attended a lovely afternoon tea with the PR team at Arcadia – covering Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Burtons, Outfit, Wallis, Evans and Miss Selfridge. It was a nice little catch up with the team, along with two other Manchester fashion bloggers and Manchester Evening News stylist Martine Alexander.

Over sandwiches, champagne, scones and cakes (pretty ideal for a Friday evening!) we discussed SS15 fashion and accessory campaigns across all the fantastic brands. Following up from the press lunch, I headed to Topshop to explore the collections is more detail, and I have to say I have fallen in love with their new ranges. I’m a huge fan of jumper and t-shirt dresses for during the day, especially for work. I feel once you pair up a stylish dress with tights (or bare legs, weather depending) a decent pair of shoes and a bag, you have a quick outfit planned without having to worry about teaming up tops and bottoms and layering up. Who realistically has time in the mornings?

I picked up a ribbed jumper style dress in sage green and dark grey for workwear, and although they don’t sound Spring inspired due to the dark colour-ways, they are wardrobe staples which are going to see me through all seasons. For £26, I have found a year-round favourite!

Now that I’m satisfied with my purchase, I’m lusting after the rest of the new SS15 collections, including this particular page of Spring shift dresses, panel dresses, slip dresses…. and just about every type of cute, new season dresses you can think of. Take a look here. Thank you to the Arcadia press team for a fantastic afternoon of fashion talk!

Brantano Spring Sandals:

My feet have been hiding in clumpy boots, wedged shoes, Converse sneakers and Adidas trainers for the past few months. And it’s time they were introduced to the air again. Obviously my first operation will be to get my feet looking Summer happy, which is going to involve a lot of prepping, preening and painting! But my second operation is to dress them up in colourful sandals. My current two favourites I have my eye on are these styles below from Brantano – a shoe retailer brand who have a number of pretty and affordable shoes for the new season. These styles below will also go really well with faded denim skinny jeans for the more cloudy days. The majority of the ladies sandals at Brantano are brands such as Clarks and Lotus, so seeing as I want a good, strong, ever-lasting pair of quality shoes for the new warmer season, I feel like these brands will certainly provide this due to their great reputations.

I completely love the above two pairs; the first pair are the Lotus Zaragoza Flat Sandals for £60 for the days I want to decorate my feet with bold brights, and the second pair are the Emilio Luca X Red Multi Strappy Flat Sandals for £26, for the more muted pastel days. Spring bliss!

Make-up Artist Brushes – Sigma Essential Kit from FeelUnique

A make-up artist needs a good professional set of tools, and these brushes from Sigma, available at FeelUnique for £140, are my ultimate wish list make-up brush kit. As I mentioned in my previous posts lately, I have so many brides and bridesmaids to be making pretty this year, therefore it’s so important I have the best brushes, make-up products and equipment with me to get the best out of all the girls pretty faces.

This set in particular will be appreciated by all make-up artists and make-up enthusiasts all over the world, The Sigma Beauty Mr. Bunny Essential Kit was specially designed to deliver a perfect makeup application, containing twelve brushes from Sigma’s best-selling Essential Kit that utilise the Sigmax® HD filament. The brushes come in an innovative and functional container that turns into two brush holders which would give me a stylish, organised and vegan-friendly little kit. The set above includes a wide range perfect for blending, tapering, contouring, precision, concealing, airbrushing and layering up colour. Dreamy!

So that was pretty difficult rounding up my top 3 loves! What are yours? Do feel free to share!
