All are welcome to participate in a fun-filled and unique weekend at St. Brigid School in Portland! On Friday, September 30, the school will host a “Fire” 5K for adults and a kids’ fun run. Participants can light up the night by holding or wearing glowing items. The kids’ fun run will begin at 6 p.m. on the Baxter Boulevard Back Cove trail starting at the grassy area on Preble Street. The 5K run/walk will start at 6:15 p.m.

The fun will continue on Saturday, October 1, at the St. Brigid School Harvest Fair from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the school on 695 Stevens Avenue. The fair will feature a kid’s festival including inflatable games, laser tag, and other activities; a variety of food including lobster rolls, Italian sandwiches, and fair favorites; a bake sale; bargain tables; and much more.
