Eliza Taylor, Lindsey Morgan & Zach McGowan, “The 100,” Coming to Columbus (Ohio)!
Eliza (Sat/Sun): Australian native Eliza Taylor was first discovered on the Aussie television staples, All Saints and Neighbours. After moving to the United States in 2013, she was almost immediately offered the lead of ‘Clarke’ in the critically-acclaimed CW drama The 100. Since the show’s onset, Taylor has made waves playing the network’s first openly bi-sexual lead character. Set 97 years after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization, the show revolves around 100 juvenile delinquents sent back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet. The 100 returned for a third season this January 2016, and has recently announced its renewal for Season 4.
Lindsey (Sat/Sun): As one of the most popular up and coming Latina actresses in the business, Lindsey Morgan has built an extensive resume between her work in television and film. She currently stars as series regular, Raven Reyes, on The CW’s popular scifi drama “The 100.”
Lindsey’s television work has included appearances on “How I Met Your Mother,” “Happy Endings,” “Supah Ninjas,” and “A Think Line.” Lindsey is still widely recognized for her work as a series regular in the ABC soap “General Hospital”, which garnered her a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. Lindsey has also wrapped a leading role in the Pixl television movie Casa Vita as Ariana Vita ABC Family’s “Baby Daddy” star Jean Luc Bilodeau.
Zach (Fri/Sat/Sun): Zach currently plays Captain Charles Vane on “Black Sails” (Starz) and Roan on “The 100” (WB). Before that he played Jody Silverman on “Shameless” (Showtime).
Zach’s film work includes “Dracula Untold” directed by Gary Shore, “Terminator Salvation” directed by McG, “The Hunt For Eagle One” (Sony Screen Gems) directed by Brian Clyde, “Crash Point” (Sony Screen Gems) directed by Henry Crum, and “Seal Team Six” directed by Mark Andrews. Zach guest-starred in the premiere episode of the 5th season of “Numb3rs,” and in “CSI Miami,” and “Law and Order: Special Victims.”
Ian Somerhalder, Damon Salvatore, “The Vampire Diaries” Coming to Columbus (Sat. Only)
Ian Somerhalder stars in The CW’s hit drama, “The Vampire Diaries” as Damon Salvatore, the elder and far more dangerous of the two brothers who share a long and bitter history. For his portrayal of Damon, Somerhalder has received multiple Teen Choice Awards, including four consecutive wins for “Choice TV Actor Fantasy/Sci-Fi.” The show returned for its sixth season this fall.
Somerhalder is well known for his role as Boone on J.J. Abrams’ critically acclaimed drama “Lost.” He won the 2005 SAG Award as part of “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series” and “Lost” won the 2005 Emmy Award for “Best Television Series – Drama.” The show was also nominated for the 2004 Golden Globe Award and the 2004 People’s Choice Award. Somerhalder returned to “Lost” for several episodes during its final season.

An award-winning actress who crosses seamlessly from studio films to independent, from the stage to television, Rodriguez has played the emotionally complex Aleida Diaz for the past four seasons on the groundbreaking Netflix series “Orange Is The New Black.” She was also recently seen as a series regular in the role of Liza Ortiz on AMC’s smash hit “Fear the Walking Dead” and continues to recur as Paz Valdez on Starz’ “Power.” Some of Rodriguez’s other series regular roles have included NBC’s “Prime Suspect,” ABC’s “All My Children,” and Cinemax’s “Blanco.” Other work includes “Devious Maids,” ”Grimm,” “The Shield,” “ER,” “Six Feet Under,” “Third Watch,” “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “Cold Case,” “Just Shoot Me,” “NYPD Blue.” Rodriguez’s film credits include co-starring in Michael Mann’s “Miami Vice,” “The Drop,” “Tio Papi” (for which she garnered an Imagen Award Nomination), “Return to Paradise,” “Jack Goes Boating,” “Glass Chin” and the soon to be released independent “11:55.”
Robert Patrick, T-1000, TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY, Coming to Columbus (Sat/Sun)
Robert Patrick is an actor who’s worked with some of the top actors and directors in his field for the last 20 years. His breakthrough role came as the legendary T-1000 in Terminator 2 and since then, he has worked on iconic films and television shows including Die Hard 2, Wayne’s World, Last Action Hero, Fire in the Sky, Cop Land, The Faculty, Walk the Line, Bridge to Terabithia, Spy Kids, Flags of Our Fathers and on the television hits The Sopranos, The Outer Limits, Elvis, The Unit, The X-Files and Sons of Anarchy. He can currently be seen as Agent Cabe Gallow in the ensemble “fun-cedural” SCORPION for CBS which was recently given an early second season renewal as it was the #3 new television show of 2014 and consistently in the week’s top 10 highest rated programming.
On the small screen, Robert was a series regular on Season 6 of HBO’s TRUE BLOOD and appeared in the final season. He was also in the final season of SONS OF ANARCHY, did a cameo role on the cult favorite COMMUNITY and had a supporting role in Season 1 of Robert Rodriguez’ From Dusk til Dawn for the El Rey Network. Amy Jo Johnson, Kimberly Hart/The Pink Ranger, “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” Coming to Columbus (Fri/Sat/Sun)
AMY JO JOHNSON is a multi-faceted artist with over twenty years experience in the entertainment industry. Working successfully as an actress for more than two decades, Johnson is most known for her roles as Julie Emrick on the critically-acclaimed series Felicity, and Jules Callaghan on the award-winning Canadian series Flashpoint.
As a child she competed as a gymnast, learning skills that would later be of great use to her in her breakthrough role as Kimberly Hart the Pink Ranger on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. She gave up competing when she was 17, and concentrated more on her acting interests, appearing in various community theatre projects. Once she graduated from high school she went to New York to study at the American Musical Dramatic Academy. After two years there she moved to California where she landed the aforementioned part as the Pink Ranger also in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie.
Amy Jo is also a musician with three albums under her belt. Her latest project, Never Broken, is a compilation of original tunes about the struggles we face in life, and what it takes to persevere through them. Never Broken, as well as Amy Jo’s other albums, The Trans-American Treatment and Imperfect, have been featured on various TV shows and are available on iTunes. They can also be heard on streaming radio stations such as Pandora and Spotify.
Jason Mewes: Actor – Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back; Clerks.; Clerks II; Mallrats (Sat/Sun)
Jason Mewes is most widely known as the never-silent half of the cult heroes Jay and Silent Bob, first appearing in 1994’s Clerks and moving on with the ever-growing popularity of Kevin Smith’s subsequent films Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Clerks II.
In addition to his ongoing role as the hilariously inappropriate ying to Silent Bob’s yang , the Jersey native has also appeared in a variety of indie films, television roles and video game voiceovers. To name only a few, Jason has appeared in the films Pauly Shore is Dead, National Lampoon’s TV: The Movie, Gone Baby Gone, Bitten, Breath of Hate, Silent But Deadly and Noobz. He has also worked on several television series, most notably Vigilante Diaries and Todd and the Book of Pure Evil. Jason has also performed in several voiceover roles such as Jay and Silent Bob’s Super Groovy Cartoon Movie, the animated series Clerks, and a brief voiceover role in the videogame Scarface.
The ongoing podcast with Kevin Smith, Jay and Silent Bob Get Old was established in February of 2007 and has continued to rise in popularity as it fast approaches its 150th episode. Weve also been promised that a Clerks III is in the near future, much to the delight of eternally loyal Jay and Silent Bob fans worldwide.
Nichelle Nichols: Actress – Star Trek [Uhura] (Fri/Sat/Sun)
Nichelle Nichols began her professional singing and dancing career in her home town, Chicago, at the tender age of 14. As a teenager she was discovered by the great Duke Ellington, who hired her to choreograph and perform a ballet for one of his musical suites, and finished the tour as his lead singer. When Nichelle was cast by Gene Roddenberry to create Chief Communications Officer Lt. Uhura, fourth in command of the Starship Enterprise, in his legendary TV series Star Trek – in the words of Dr. Martin Luther King – “The first non-stereotypical role portrayed by a black woman in television history.”
Nichelle was awarded her much deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on January 9, 1992. Just a few weeks before she became the first African-American to place her handprints and signature in the cement walk at the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater. Using her Star Trek fame to bring good back to the world, Nichelle, at the behest of NASA, led a national campaign to recruit the first women and minorities into the space program. Her personal recruits include Mae Jemison, the first African-American woman to travel in space, and Charles Bolden, the current administrator of NASA. @NichelleIsUhura

Harvey Pekar, creator and writer of American Splendor comics—which inspired the 2003 Paul Giamatti movie—and through them, inspiration for a whole branch of memoir comics, who passed away in July, 2010. And this year Splendor celebrates it’s 40th anniversary since it first exploded out “from off the streets of Cleveland.” Pekar’s influence on comics is as strong today as ever. To celebrate his legacy, Jared Gardner (OSU professor and author of Projections: Comics and the History of 21st-century Storytelling) and comics historian Danny Fingeroth (The Rough Guide to Graphic Novels)—whose work has appeared in a pair of Pekar-edited anthologies—will be on hand to talk about Harvey’s work and legacy.
