Ryan Seacrest recently moved from Los Angeles to New York in order to be a part of “Live” with Kelly Ripa, which is now called “Live” with Kelly and Ryan. Seacrest also hosts On Air With Ryan and continues to host American Idol as the popular show’s original host. On top of this, he owns a clothing line named Ryan Seacrest Distinction and a skin care brand and is also a producer who has been a part of popular shows like “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Many people wonder how he manages to do all of this as a man in his early 40s.

Ryan Seacrest has commented on the fact that he wakes up around 6AM every day and that he quickly gets himself ready before heading out for the day. Seacrest enjoys Matcha and helps himself to the beverage every morning right before he has some coffee. He is the kind of man who believes that exercise is crucial to his lifestyle, and he has hired personal trainers and participated in boxing to stay in shape. Seacrest also enjoys running and biking.

Ryan Seacrest lives just seven minutes away from where he works and gets to work by car so he can get some reading in before his busy day really starts. He has admitted that he can only do so much in the earlier parts of the day and that he mainly does interviews later on when his mind is clearer. Ryan Seacrest has talked about the fact that he mainly eats vegan food and has joked around that he works so much so he can drink wine and eat well.

One of his favorite activities to participate in is philanthropy, and he started the Ryan Seacrest Foundation in order to do more. The mission of his foundation is to help the youth of today through initiatives that are related to the education and entertainment sectors. One of the foundation’s first initiatives was to build Seacrest Studios inside of pediatric hospitals, which allow patients to be creative and have fun. Seacrest feels that this has helped with the healing process for many children and is always happy to see the smiling faces of the kids. Watch Seacrest’s videos on YouTube!
