President Rodrigo Duterte revealed that his standing order for Police Chief Director General Bato dela Rosa was to treat drug protectors in government like dogs to be taken down.
Pinahanap ko ‘shoot on sight’ parang aso. Eh ang tingin ko talaga parang aso,” said Duterte in a speech at Camp Lapu-Lapu in Cebu City Friday night.
He said the drug problem is such a mess that killing all drug lords and pushers would not be enough as the government has to find space and funds to rehabilitate the 600,000 drug users who have surrendered to authorities.
Where do I…?” said Duterte.
Duterte said he would name in a “few hours, few days” the names of drugs protectors in government including mayors, governors, congressmen, judges, and police. “it’s not because gusto ko silang siraan. Hindi ko kilala ito. PBut it behooves upon me, nandito sa akin ‘yung obligasyon to tell the Filipino people of what is happening to this country,” said Duterte.
