Kitchen Manager Requirement:

You must be a talented and dedicated Restaurant Kitchen Manager who has the ability to motivate, inspire, train and lead this team to the highest level. Ideally this candidate will have extensive experience managing Back of the House restaurant operations in a full service environment. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all back-of-the-house (BOH) functions on an opening, mid- or closing shift to include supervision of all BOH staff and staffing levels, proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, and set-up, food & beverage quality, quantity, safety and pace.

Duties:

*Making sure all coolers (walk-ins and reach-ins) are organized, clean and sanitary. All products covered, dated and marked correctly.

*Constant training and reminding of kitchen staff proper procedures; sanitation portioning, correct way to slice meats and cheeses, preparing dishes.

*Recipes-creating a clear, concise and usable recipe file for all dishes.

*Making soups, chili and sauces. Teaching others to follow these recipes.

*Daily Specials. Rotating favorite dishes as well as developing new dishes to keep it fresh and exciting to the customer.

*Scheduling for kitchen, bakery and pantry personnel. Limiting the amount hours to X and the amount of overtime per week to X.

Help create labor budget for these areas.

*Purchasing high quality ingredients.

*Inspecting deliveries to ensure quality as well as accuracy.

*Daily inventory of high priced items.

Qualifications:

*Must have restaurant Kitchen Manager experience

*Must have open availability

*Must be able to run a smooth operating kitchen

*Must be organized and have the ability to plan

*Ability to manage food cost in a scratch kitchen

*Ability to keep the kitchen clean and use sanitation programs

*Ability to create both lunch and dinner specials

Line Cook Requirements:

Mature responsible individual with experience working in high volume restaurants. Applicants must possess strong prep skills and speed is essential. Potential candidates must be:

Efficient, Organized, Focused, Attentive to Cleanliness and Sanitation, reliable, inventory and a team player, great attitude, and energetic. Applicant must have open availability & reliable transportation.

Server Requirements:- minimum of 2yrs experience in position:

- basic knowledge of service procedures

- must have an outgoing personality

- must have the ability to build business and bring repeat customers

- must be energetic and self-motivated

Bartender Requirements:- minimum of 2yrs experience in position with Bartender License:

- basic knowledge of bar procedures & inventory control

Shift Leader Requirements- minimum of 1year supervisory experience in the position:

Food Runner Requirement- minimum of 1 year experience in the position, Transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table/guest to provide impeccable service in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
