This position has been developed to emulate the Brand signature of a bespoke experience and service. The primary focus of the Residential Door Attendant is to maintain the highest levels of safety, security and hospitality to our residents and to dynamically advance and maintain the level of service provided to all residents, their guests and visitors. The Door Attendants are there to maintain the order of the lobby area and to facilitate all resident arrivals and departures, those of their guests, and the secure monitoring of any and all access to the Residential Lobby. They assist the Residential Concierge in managing the influx of persons into and out of The Residences as a whole. This includes managing access to individual units in conjunction with Security and utilizing Concierge Assistant, Keytrak, and LobbyGuard.

The Door Attendant standard duties include the following:

-Warmly greet all residents and their guests; this includes vendors and deliveries arriving through the Residential Lobby.

-Assist in the coordination of all deliveries to and access to Residential Homes including the maintenance of records and documents, in conjunction with the

-Management Office, pertaining to guests, vendors, and building staff.

-Issue and Monitor all Keys checked out by homeowners and contractors.

-Monitor traffic flow and vehicles parked on the residential drive.

-Assist with the loading and unloading of any and all items from residential vehicles, including opening and closing vehicle doors.

-Assist with delivering items to individual homes.

-Perform concierge duties during concierge breaks while maintaining a presence at the door and controlling the flow of individuals into and out of the Residential Lobby.

-Immediately address and resolve all resident issues and complaints with diplomacy and provide the necessary pass-on of information to the resident, the management team and their colleagues.

-Work in conjunction with the Security Team in maintaining proper access to The Residences.

-Participate in overnight shift coverage schedule.
