For the 2014 sailing season, we are NOW HIRING:

HEAD CHEFS – responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the galley. The Chef will coordinate and participate in all galley activities in regard to food preparation, inventory, ordering, and cleaning under the direction of the Hotel Manager.

SOUS CHEFS – responsible for assisting the Head Chef with all preparation, cooking and presentation of all onboard meals. The Sous Chef will also assist the Chef with all crew meals, plate-up, sanitation, inventory and ordering as assigned and includes some dishwashing responsibilities and general cleaning throughout the day. The Sous Chef must possess the technical skills to assume the role of the Chef in the event of a contingency. Depending on experience level the Sous Chef may be asked to fill in for the Head Chef when the Head Chef rotates off the vessel.
