Bon Appetit in Hillsboro is looking for a qualified individual to manage a high volume cafe floor. Bon Appetit is premier food service company that focuses on sustainability, from scratch cooking and social responsibility.
Individual must be able to:
-Communicate effectively with staff and clients
-Think quickly on their feet
-Manage staff scheduling, supervisions, hiring and reviews
-Be Reliable and able to balance leadership, empathy and guest satisfaction
-Operate with honesty and high level of integrity
-Have a passion for providing the best possible experience for guests
-Ensure that all customer requests and complaints are handled promptly and courteously
-Show high level of competency with cash handling and have business sense
-Assist the GM and Executive Chef in Concepts to deal with increasing customer volumes
Full Time, Monday-Friday. Vacation, Holiday, Sick Pay. Bon Appetit is EOE.
