Hello guys! =D Apologies if this kind of post isn't allowed, please feel free to delete it if so ^^;
As many of you may already know, I'm a custom sculpture artist! I've done a fair few sculptures now for members of the comm and sculpting is something I am -deeply- passionate about. Seriously, throw me a bone and I'll talk at you all day about it! =P
As such, it should come as no surprise that I've recently decided that taking my sculpting hobby and turning it into a profitable business is something that I would love to do! I've even given myself a proper name to go by, haha! Medusa Sculpts =D! I've been very busy these past few weeks attending courses and meetings to spring my idea into motion, and I'm nearing a point where I'm ready to write up a business plan and take my idea to a business panel to apply for a loan and really get the ball rolling with this! I'm deadly serious about turning my hobby into something successful and so, I'm wanting to go through everything with a fine-toothed comb to make sure it's something that I will actually be able to make a success. As a part of this "combing through" process, I've taken to doing some market research to find out what people want from me as a sculptor and to find ways I can improve my services! ^_^ This, is where my tough, honest opinions come into play! So where will these opinions come from...?
You guys have been absolutely fantastic and supportive in my endeavours to get myself out there and noticed. Last year, I was a shy, mousey little recluse who didn't think her artwork was good enough to post up on the likes of DeviantArt, let alone sell. It only took one brave moment of madness to put my first sculpture up on here as an auction...and your response to it was incredible. Since that fateful day, you gave me the confidence to really try and put myself out there, to try new things and to push my limits. As both an artist and as a person, I can safely say I would be -nothing- without you guys and your amazing support. Which is why, in taking this important step forward with my hobby, I feel your opinions will count massively in this important research I'm conducting! ^_^ I'd be truly honored if any of you guys would be willing to help me out!

tdotakichan, don't worry! I've not forgotten about you! I appologize for the long wait but meloman1a and I were experiencing delays in communication. I've yet to make a start on her sculpture and so, to apologize for the long wait and to prevent any further waiting for you, I can make a start on your sculpture whenever you'd like to send the deposit total (PM me or post on the original commission slot post for further details about that ^_^) and work on your sculpture whenever I'm able to.
