Play some Mario Bros golf using some ping pong balls and a plastic golf club. See who can hit that golf ball into a can or bucket.with their cart wins a prize. All you have to do is lay the can on it’s side and let the kids try to hit the ball into it. You can also use an empty milk carton. Rinse the milk carton out, cover it with Mario themed paper or stickers and lay it down so the kids can get a Mario hole in one. You can also play some Mario Bros bowling. For quieter games try Mario Says. This is a slightly tweaked version of the classic party game, Simon Says. A leader stands in front of the group and gives commands…Simon Says do this…and the child might stand on one foot, then they give another command and the kids in the group have to do whatever Simon Says. But, the leader will try to trick the kids. Once and awhile he (or she) will give a command without saying Simon Says…in our game it is Mario Says…and the children who follow this command are out!

You can also make some Mario Bros bingo cards with stickers. Bingo cards have 5 columns and 5 rows on them. The board has a total of 25 squares on it. The middle spot is the free spot. Top the card with each column having a letter name…in this case it will be M-A-R-I-O. Uses stickers or numbers to fill up the spaces. Call out the names of the characters on the stickers or the numbers so kids can achieve a filled line…just like regular bingo. The first child to fill a row, or a full board, wins a prize. Instead of yelling bingo, the winner must yell MARIO.
