2016 was a smashing year when it comes to the magazine covers. It was impossible to boil down to top 15 covers as the creative masterminds in the fashion industry gave us some really ingenious and imaginative covers. Here are the best out of the lot!
1. Ranveer and Vaani took the hotness quotient up a notch in Harper's Bazar Bride's latest magazine cover!
This was the first official shot of Ranveer and Vaani after Befikre. Their unusual pairing had anyway gathered audiences' appreciation and fans loved them on the big screen.
While Ranveer looked hot in his suit, Vaani was seen wearing a plunge-neck gown. Styled by Divya K.Dsouza, they looked stunning together on the magazine cover.
2. Ranbir and Aishwarya's steamy chemistry on the cover of Filmfare had set our screens on fire!
Ranbir and Aishwarya, who starred opposite each other in the movie Ae Dil Ha Mushkil, had already turned the heat up with their scorching hot chemistry in the promos of the movie.
And they set the internet on fire as the duo looked hot AF on the cover of Filmfare's November issue.
Ranbir and Aishwarya were seen chilling on a sofa. Ranbir looked sexy in his white shirt and black leather pants, his subtle beard, intense eyes and unruly hair gave us major feels!
While Aishwarya laid on his lap looking hot as hell in an oversize white shirt with minimal makeup and her hair left open.
3. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan dazzled as she looked alluring on the November cover of Harper's Bazaar
While everyone had been raving about how hot Aishwarya was looking in the movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, she stunned us all again as she looked gorgeous on the cover of Bazaar. She was seen wearing a Manish Malhotra gown paired with Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas jewels.
4. Flashy in Fur: Anushka Sharma poses in a Sabyasachi creation for the October cover of Elle
Anushka was seen wearing a black velvet long jacket by Sabyasachi's Firdaus collection. The jacket had ostentatious fur on the shoulders giving that extra oomph to the look, bringing in the autumn winter groove!
The jacket was layered over a pair of high waist rust colored suede pants, a skin toned, light slip top, with lace on the neckline.
Keeping up with the grand vibe of the look special attention was given to her accessorizing. She teamed up this outfit with big button earrings and a huge desi style choker necklace.
On the left hand, she has stacked a metallic cuff with leather bracelets, chain bracelets, and armor rings. She wore quirky and cool hand harness on the right hand. She completed the look off with Gucci fur loafers.
Anushka kept her hair in a messy updo, she was wearing a clean face with light strobbing and bronze smokey eyes. She finished her makeup off with a dark ombre lip.
5. Emraan Hashmi embraced his dark side on the October cover of FMH
Emraan Hashmi played with his look on the cover of FMH India as he dressed up as one of the most popular villains of cinema. From the Joker of Batman on the cover to Bane and Walter White, this sure was quirky as hell photoshoot!
6. Aamir Khan and his Dangal girls, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, wow on the cover of Femina!
Aamir Khan graced the cover of the November issue of Femina with his Dangal co-stars Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.
While Aamir looked dapper as he posed amidst the two beautiful women in a striped suit, sporting sleek side-parted hair and a french beard, the two ladies also posed pretty!
Fatima Sana Shaikh, who you may also recognize as the little girl who plays Kamal Hassan's daughter in the movie Chachi 420, posed in a pretty blush pink gown with ruffles on the neckline. She paired the look with statement earrings.
Sanya Malhotra flaunted her toned legs as she posed in a high slit rust gown with a deep back, paired with black caged heels. Both the ladies wore minimal makeup.
7. Nimrat Kaur looked red hot regal on the cover of Bazaar Bride
The bridal bible Bazaar Bride was out with their September Issue and it featured none other than the talented Airlift star Nimrat Kaur looking hot as hell in a red lengha by AM PM Couture.
She accessorized with a majestic chapka jewelry by Hazoorilal Legacy, kept her hair slicked back and had luminous glowing dewy makeup.

9. Gold and Goth: Ranveer Singh posed for the November issue of Filmfare
Ranveer Singh channeled his swag and lend his Midas on the cover of Filmfare.
He was seen posing in a golden pantsuit with a black silk shirt underneath and a jacket layered over with fur on the collar! He wore a classic surma in his eyes to give that gothic- grunge look. He paired the entire look with patterned loafers.

Only a few days were left for Kareena Kapoor Khan to welcome her first baby.
The (then) beautiful mom-to-be was on the cover of Grazia and we could not take our eyes off her from the picture. Bebo was slaying it wearing an off-shoulder gown by Gaurav Gupta flaunting her cute baby bump.

Kareena Kapoor had graced the cover of Vogue magazine and it wouldn't be wrong to say that this was undoubtedly one of Bebo's hottest avatar.
Bebo was seen in an unbuttoned shirt and leather skirt teamed up with gladiator shoes, as she posed holding weights.

The global icon looked hot in a sexy black bikini with her hair tied up. The makeup was just to the point and the actress totally slayed it.
A video was uploaded by the magazine of her sexy photoshoot. The Desi Girl was the "Hottest Woman In The World". Yes, the Quantico actress topped the Maxim Top 100 for the third time.
14. Oh My! Alia-Sidharth Turned on the Heat on Vogue's Cover
Ahead of Kapoor & Sons release, Alia Bhatt, and Sidharth Malhotra looked all set to set the temperatures soaring with their chemistry. Turn to the latest cover of Vogue's magazine for March edition, and boy, they two are killing it. A bare-chested Sid, flaunting his beefed up and muscular torso and sporting swimming trunks was a sight to sore eyes, and oh-so-delectable! But, it's Alia who got us drooling, in that blue crop top and orange shorts, sans makeup. The rumoured lovebirds definitely know how to hook your attention and this cover speaks volumes!
15. Saif-Kareena proved why they are the Nawab and Begum of Bollywood on the stunning cover of Harper's Bazaar Bride!
Kareena Kapoor Khan rocked her pregnancy glow like a boss! Recently the "it" couple of Bollywood, Saifeena did a grand shoot for the November issue of Harper's Bazaar Bride!
On the cover shot, Kareena wore an elegant Sabyasachi lehenga with an extravagant silver cape by Anamika Khanna. What added the royal touch to the look was her dark, glittery smokey eyes, a gorgeous dewy sheen and a dramatic nose ring along with sumptuous jewels from Gyan and Gem Plaza.
Saif looked just as magnificent in all his Nawabi swag! He wore a kurta from Shantanu and Nikhil, paired with Rohit Bal pants and an ornate brooch from Gyan.
