Happy Monday! Hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving and weekend! Mine was wonderful, I never go black Friday shopping but over the weekend I did check everything off my Christmas list. This is the first time I’ve done this so early, I’m headed to California on the 17th so I’m getting all my ducks in a row now. They were some good sales online and honestly saving a couple dollars more in stores was not worth facing the mall craziness for me. They are still some pretty good sales going on today and I am going through them below.
I wear jeans to work sometimes specially on Friday, I always make sure to well put together and not sloppy. So well fitted jeans like the Resolution jeans by Gap are a must! I’ve said this several times before but Gap is killing it with their denim line this year. Another basic favorite of mine is the J.Crew Perfect fit tee, some are 3-5 years old and they are in great shape. They fit perfectly even after several washes. Really this outfit is made of all my favorite basics, if you see my last 2 outfits (1, 2) I am following pretty much the same formula with a tweaks here and there. These Vince Camuto booties are long gone but you can find similar style here and here. I know in most places peep toe booties are not appropriate right now so you can totally swap them for these gorgeous booties here and here. Shoes like this one are a must, the perfect balance between heels and comfort.
My shopping this past weekend was not about me at all but I did spot a few items that I love, this jacket is my “Pick of the Week“. I did order it and I really hope that I love in person as much as I do online. For the quality the price is pretty great.
