Let’s put this in terms we can all understand, Al-Qaeda is structured just like the Mafia, you have/had a boss, Osama bin Laden, and Captains like Ayman al-Zawahiri (who is now the Boss), Adnan el Shrukijumah an Anwar al-Alawalki and you have soldiers like Ziyad Khaleel and his roommate Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat. All of these guys knew about the planned attack on the USA prior to 9/11/2001. Anwar Al-Awalki helped two of the 9/11 hijackers at Mosques in San Diego and then later in Falls Church Virgina, these are the facts folks.  Al-Qaeda Terrorist Adnan el Shrukijumah shows up with Mohamed Atta at the home of Abdulaziz al-Hijji at 4224 Escondito Circle Sarasota Fl and Abdulaziz al-Hijji goes to the Mosque run by terror linked Imam Muneer Arafat in Sarasota, small world, eh.

House Homeland Security Committee investigators want the 9/11 suspects questioned about the American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and his possible role in the murder of nearly 3,000 Americans, Fox News has learned. In the letter, Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, wrote to Lt. Gen. Ronald Burgess, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, which is responsible for directing interrogations of detainees in military custody at Guantanamo, including the self-described architect of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. King asked the agency to question detainees involved in plotting 9/11 about the possible roles of Eyad al-Rababah of Jordan, Daoud Chehazeh of Syria and Awlaki in the terror attack. The House Homeland Security Committee initiated the investigation into the radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and whether he was an overlooked player in the terrorist attacks of 9/11; the 3-page letter from committee chairman Representative Peter King (R-New York) to Attorney General Eric Holder argues that a decade after the worst terrorist attack on the United States, the full story of 9/11 has not been told.

The letter says the committee is also seeking “files, reports, analysis, assessments, memorandum, notes and presentation in all forms” that are related to long-closed FBI investigations of Anwar al-Awlaki in 1999. In that case, the San Diego terrorism task force was investigating an alleged link between al-Awlaki, Usama bin Laden and a “known procurement agent named Ziyad Khaleel aka Ziyad Sadaqa…(who) had previously purchased a satellite phone for (bin Laden) for use in the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Africa.”

U.S. LOOKS FOR LOCAL TERROR TIES, SOURCES SAY; 2 MOSQUES, FUND RAISING DRAW  SCRUTINY OF FEDERAL GRAND JURY.(NEWS)..Article from: St Louis  Post-Dispatch (MO) | January 20, 2003 | Branch-Brioso,  Karen; Shinkle COPYRIGHT 2008 St. Louis Post-Dispatch…Byline: Karen Branch-Brioso, And Peter Shinkle Of The Post-Dispatch   A wide-ranging federal grand jury investigation in St. Louis is looking into  possible terrorist connections in the Muslim community here, according to people  familiar with the inquiry.  Among the subjects of the investigation are two small mosques, Muslim businessmen and fund-raising efforts for Palestinian groups.

Prosecutors also have asked grand jury witnesses about Ziyad Sadaqa, a former  resident of Columbia, Mo., and the St. Louis area who bought the satellite  telephone that al-Qaeda leaders used to plot the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in  Kenya and Tanzania. Sadaqa, who was never charged in the bombings, raised money  here for Palestinian groups. He reportedly was killed in an auto accident in  Saudi Arabia last year, but federal authorities apparently suspect he may still  be alive.

“The feds thought that this Ziyad guy faked his death at hajj (the pilgrimage  to Mecca) to get out of legal trouble,” said a source familiar with the  prosecutors’ questioning.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Fagan, who heads the St. Louis anti-terrorism  task force formed after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, would not discuss or  even confirm the existence of the investigation. The inquiry appears to be a broad one.  “They’re asking questions about so many people in St. Louis that it leads me  to believe they’re casting a wide net in the Muslim community,” said a grand  jury.

Updated: 07 December 2011 10:57 AM….Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat was soliciting funds for a Muslim terrorist front charity the  ” Holy Land Foundation”. Today a Fifth Circuit judicial panel released a highly anticipated opinion affirming the convictions against the five organizers of the former Richardson-based Holy Land Foundation on charges that they conspired to funnel money to the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas. The first trial in 2007 ended in a hung jury, but the retrial the next year resulted in across-the-board convictions. The HLF, once the largest Muslim charity in the United States, had been under investigation for years before it was shut down by the Bush administration months after the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001.

Al-Qaeda procurement agent Ziyad Khaleel had been roommates with Imam Muneer Arafat during the time period when he was obtaining communication equipment for Osama bin-Laden.  Imam Muneer Arafat came to the Islamic Society of Sarasota-Bradenton Mosque as their ‘holy man” in March of 2000, just a few months before Mohamed Atta and two other 9/11 Hijackers show up in nearby Nokomis Fl in June of 2000. Ziyad Khaleel, also known as Khalil Ziyad, Ziyad Sadaqa, and Ziyad Abdulrahman, was a Palestinian-American al-Qaeda member, based in the United States, primarily in Colorado, Florida, Michigan and Missouri. He had been identified as a “procurement agent” for Osama bin Laden, arranging the purchase and delivery of “computers, satellite telephones, and covert surveillance equipment” for the leadership of al-Qaeda, as well as administering a number of radical Islamic websites as webmaster, including the website of the terrorist group Hamas.

Among the cities in which he resided at various times were Denver, Detroit, Columbia and Orlando. In 1991, while living in Denver, he was vice president of the Denver Islamic Society. By 1994 he was residing in Detroit and his name and address were reflected in ledgers taken from the Al Kifah Refugee Center, a financial and strategic arm of al-Qaeda. Upon moving to Columbia, Missouri, he was known as Ziyad Khaleel, but began using the surname Sadaqa as early as 1996. That year he was a fundraiser and one of eight regional directors of the Islamic African Relief Agency (IARA), which the government later determined was a front for al-Qaeda and Hamas. Late in 1996 he bought a $7,500 INMARSAT satellite telephone at the instruction of senior al-Qaeda lieutenant Khaled al-Fawwaz.

The FBI investigated Anwar al-Awlaki, later linked to three of the 9/11 hijackers, the Fort Hood shooter, and the Christmas Day 2009 bomber, beginning in June 1999 through March 2000, after it learned he had been contacted by Ziyad Khaleel. On December 29, 1999, as Ziyad Khaleel arrived in the Jordanian capital of Amman, local authorities arrested him on charges of being a procurement agent for Osama bin Laden, but he was later released. In 2000 Ziyad Khaleel lived in Manchester, Missouri, and attended Columbia College in St. Louis, so did Imam Muneer Arafat who for some unknown and improbable reason came to a run down Mosque in Sarasota Fl in March of 2000 just prior to 3 of the 9/11 hijacker pilots (main guys and leader Mohamed Atta) showing up in nearby Nokomis Fl on W. Laurel Rd in June of 2000….FBI agent Thomas Baugher told me at one of our meetings in Sarasota at the SRQ Police Department Intel Unit ” THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES IN TERRORISM.”
